At Nova Center we focus each session on specific areas —abdomen, flanks, legs or glutes— and on concerns such as localized fat, cellulite or loss of tone, always within a personalized plan. It is not a weight-loss method and does not replace balanced eating and exercise: it supports those habits while aiming to improve the look and quality of your skin gradually.
